Recently, I turned 62. As I reflect on my journey, I’ve come to realize how deeply I feel called to support women stepping into what I lovingly call the “Elder Sage Era.” This is a time of life—often in our 60s, 70s, and beyond—that carries immense potential for growth, creativity, and profound self-discovery. Far from being a period of slowing down or fading away, it is an opportunity to ignite a new renaissance in our lives: a time to rekindle passions, redefine purpose, and leave a meaningful legacy.

I’ve witnessed so many women, myself included, wrestle with society’s narrative about aging. We’re told to shrink, to fade into the background, to become less visible. But I see something entirely different. I see women who, through a lifetime of wisdom, resilience, and rich experiences, are uniquely equipped to bring light, insight, and creativity into the world. I believe that this chapter of life is one of reinvention and possibility, and I’m dedicated to creating spaces where women can fully embrace this.

This is why I am in the midst of creating “Ignite Your Renaissance,” a program designed to guide women in this transformative season of life. It’s an invitation to explore mindfulness, rediscover passions, and nurture self-care while embracing the power of legacy work. I envision this journey as one where women come to see themselves not as diminished by age but as illuminated by it, stepping boldly into their roles as sages and creators.

For me, this work is deeply personal. It’s rooted in my own quest to live authentically and to honor the evolving seasons of my life. I’ve found so much joy and meaning in helping others do the same—to uncover their unique gifts, embrace their stories, and find fulfillment in this vibrant phase of life.

Together, let’s reclaim this era as a time of thriving, not merely surviving. Let’s ignite our collective renaissance and inspire others to do the same. The elder sage era isn’t the end; it’s a beautiful new beginning.
